We may collect your name, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, email, delivery address, customer type, business information and identification details where required for Customs or legal compliance. We also process invoices, tracking numbers, item descriptions, values, weights, measurements, shipping documents, payment records and service communications.

• Register and identify customers.
• Prepare quotes, invoices and shipping documents.
• Receive, consolidate, ship, clear and deliver cargo.
• Provide updates and respond to service requests.
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal, Customs, tax and regulatory duties.
• Improve ENROUTE’s operations and service quality.

3. Sharing

ENROUTE does not sell personal data. Relevant information may be shared with warehouses, carriers, airlines, customs brokers, delivery providers, insurers, payment processors, professional advisers and government authorities where needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

4. International processing

Because ENROUTE coordinates shipments between the United States and Barbados, information may be processed in both countries and by service providers operating in other jurisdictions.

5. Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for shipping, claims, accounting, Customs, tax, fraud prevention and legal purposes—generally up to three years, or longer where law or an unresolved matter requires it. ENROUTE uses reasonable access, administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your information and, where legally permitted, deletion or restriction. You may also withdraw consent for promotional messages. Operational and legally required shipping communications may continue while a service remains active.
